Following in his mother and fathers’ entrepreneurial footsteps, Bryan always knew he wanted to own an establishment in his hometown of Millstadt, IL. After spending 9 years homebrewing, winning several awards and becoming well versed in the craft beer world, Bryan and Lizzy Schubert decided it was time for Bryan to take the leap and turn his passion into a profession, Millpond Brewing and Incubator.
The concept of the Millpond Brewing and Incubator was developed alongside his brother in law Jeremy Schueler. Taking a different approach, Millpond Brewing and Incubator will offer beers professionally brewed by Bryan, but also provides an opportunity for homebrewers to brew their recipes and offer it for sale to the public. Homebrewers are a creative, passionate, and extremely talented bunch but can’t efficiently showcase their talents to the masses and Bryan hopes to change that, while also offering the public his approach to brewing.
Millpond Brewing and Incubator’s focus is and always will be on improving our community, focusing on local brewers, ingredients, all within environmentally friendly approach. Bryan and Lizzy hope to be able to welcome you.
