Why German Chocolate Cake? This BA beer is inspired by owner Bryan's Grandmother's cake recipe. She used to make a three layered German Chocolate Cake every year for his birthday, which was and still is his favorite. It's only appropriate that we release it the day after his birthday!

  • Imperial Stout aged for 16 months in Blanton's Bourbon barrels.

  • Conditioned on:

    • Ghanaian cacao nibs

    • Coconut flakes

    • Madagascar vanilla beans

    • estate grown toasted pecans
